An extension of the Christian home

RCS expects a full commitment to academic integrity from each RCS student. Your signature on your Enrollment Form is your commitment to academic integrity as a student at RCS Online.
RCS Academic Integrity Statement
What Does Academic Integrity Mean?
- Your work on each assignment will be completely your own. This includes AI generated material, which is not allowed.
- You will not use resources of any kind while testing unless otherwise instructed by a teacher.
- You will not practice plagiarism in any form.
- You will not misuse content from the Internet.
Plagiarism is not just an offense that occurs when you have copied another writer’s exact words and called it your own; it is also an offense when you have closely imitated another writer. This means that you should always read the source, then put the material into your own words—with no more than 5 consecutive words directly from the source.
Please be aware that all RCS Online instructors utilize a myriad of technologies to check student work for authenticity. If an instructor confirms that a student has plagiarized work in any manner, the student will be subject to consequences determined by RCS Online administration and may be removed from the course with a failing grade.
Take the Online Self-Assessment
If the student can answer “yes” to at least 5 questions in both Technology Assessment and
Learning Assessment, located in Section 2, he/she would most likely adjust to the online environment successfully.
Student Resources
At RCS Online we know students often need various resources in addition to assistance from their teachers. Current students can locate a subject below and find valuable information and tools for academic assistance at any grade level.
